Last week, while Ross was on vacation, Kevin contacted me with questions about how to access the admin area of the site. I told him I could not give out Ross' password, but if he knew it, he could go to: http://www.7mpictures.com/siteadmin/ and take care of whatever he needed to do. Kevin proceeded to add several accounts & delete Ross' account. Kevin also set himself up as the new site administrator (instead of Ross). Ross called me a few days ago stating that his email account had been deleted. I re-created his account and set him up as an administrator, but left Kevin as an administrator also. Kevin then called me last night stating that he no longer had admin access. I checked the accounts, and apparently Ross had disabled Kevin's admin access. I re-enabled Kevin's admin access (leaving Ross as an admin also). Kevin informed me that Ross is no longer with the company. Ross called me this morning stating his account was deleted again. I have re-enabled Ross' account, removed Kevin & Ross as administrators, and made John the new administrator (since he paid the bill). It is now up to you gentlemen to resolve this fairly. John paid my bills, so he is the only person I will give admin access to until this is resolved. You are all free to call me to discuss this, but understand I will not give anyone else admin access without John's approval. John - please contact me for the administrator password. FYI - it is possible for you to setup Ross' account so that he cannot mis-represent the company with unauthorized uploads & emails. Simply setup his email account to forward to another address, then change the password to something Ross doesn't know. That way he can't FTP or use POP email (he needs the password to do so), but he can receive his email at another account. I appreciate your business and support, and I hope that you can resolve this amicably. Sincerely, Michael Fleet -- michael fleet (adam) http://www.adam.org/ mike@adam.org (614) 262-9835
